Your Valet Trash Experience

When your community partners with Doorstep Waste Removal you will receive a waste bin upon move in or start of service. Our professional valet teams will service your bin 5 nights a week, collecting waste according to your community’s service guidelines.

Trash Guide

  • Trash MUST be bagged and tied (No loose trash or leaks and spills)

  • Place bagged trash in provided containers

  • Double bag all pet waste (Including cat litter)

  • No broken glass or sharp objects

  • Break down and flatten boxes

  • No bags over 20 lbs

  • No over-sized items, such as TVs, furniture, etc.

  • Place your container to the side of your door between 6pm and 8pm. (Containers placed out after 8pm may not be serviced.)

  • Valet team begins service at 8pm and may take up to 3-4 hours to complete

  • Only use the container provided by the Doorstep Waste Removal

  • Containers must be brought back inside by 9 AM the next morning

  • Units with their containers or trash out during daylight hours may be fined by the property manager
